    Forest therapy is fast catching up as a wellness break from the Japanese art of forest bathing or Shinrin-Yoku for the levels of the stress hormone cortisol drop and stress relieving chemicals in called phytoncides in the company of nature.

    Forest therapy reduces blood pressure, fights stress, improves mood and sleep pattern and unlike in other outdoor therapies does not need a lot of active involvement.
